Head of Kuwait Court of Appeal and Member of the Supreme Judicial Authority Justice Mohammad bin Naji underlined Saturday importance of expanding cooperation among Arab countries in all domains, particularly the judicial one.
In a statement to KUNA following his participation in a ceremony of the signing of the charter of the Arab Federation of Administrative Judiciary, bin Naji stressed that the new federation is big step forward towards bolstering judicial cooperation.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of and in the presence of Egyptian President Abdelfatah Al-Sisi.
For his part, Head of Egypt's State Council and Chairman of the Arab Federation of Administrative Judiciary Justice Jamal Nada told KUNA that the move would facilitate expertise exchange among Arab judges.
He added that the new entity aims to unify the legal and legislative systems and to create investment attractive environment in Arab countries.
