Kuwait Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Delegate at the UN Sadeq Maarefi delivered credentials to Martin Kreutner, Dean and Executive Secretary of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA)

Kuwait Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Delegate at the UN here, Sadeq Maarefi, delivered on Wednesday credentials to Martin Kreutner, Dean and Executive Secretary of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), at the academy headquarters in the Austrian city Laxenburg.

In remarks to KUNA, the diplomat said Kuwait's joining of the academy, in May, was a positive step toward cementing cooperation with the international community for data and expertise swap related to combating corruption, a move that came following establishment of the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority.
Kuwait will take part, for the first time, with a senior-level delegation at the fourth session of the IACA member states, due in Vienna in December.
