Kuwait Ambassador to Spain welcomes VIVA Real Madrid Academy’s delegation

The Kuwait Embassy in Madrid, Spain welcomed a delegation of VIVA officials and a number of the VIVA Real Madrid Academy players. The delegates met with Kuwait’s Ambassador, His Excellency, Dr. Suleiman Al-Harbi and members of the Kuwaiti diplomatic corps at Kuwait’s Embassy in Madrid, Spain.

At the meeting, H.E. Dr. Suleiman Al-Harbi, expressed his delight to see promising Kuwaiti young football players participate in the training camp hosted in Madrid, under the supervision of the best professional football coaches. He reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to providing support to the VIVA Real Madrid Academy delegation and facilitating their stay while attending the camp held in Madrid.
  
The ambassador stated that the enrollment of the Kuwaiti delegation in the training camp of the VIVA Real Madrid Academy is a national sports message. It showcases the best Kuwaiti players that were carefully selected by football experts and coaches from the Real Madrid Club and Kuwait Football Association. His Excellency commended the players for their performance at the VIVA Real Madrid Academy camp.

The ambassador also praised VIVA’s leading role in adopting and launching sports programs and providing young talent with the opportunity to participate and receive training in international sports camps to enhance their talents and showcase their athletic ability.

At the end of the meeting, HE the ambassador thanked members of the Kuwaiti delegation accompanying the VIVA Real Madrid players for facilitating enrollment procedures and allowing them to take part in the training camp and receive professional coaching by the Real Madrid Club instructors. 

Abdulrazzaq Bader Al Essa, Director of Corporate Communications at VIVA and Head of the VIVA Real Madrid delegation thanked the HE Dr. Suleiman Al-Harbi, on behalf of the VIVA family represented by Eng. Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Badran, VIVA's Chief Executive Officer, for their gracious hospitability and warm welcome.  He reiterated the important role played by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Madrid, Spain in facilitating the VIVA Real Madrid players stay while attending the sport training camp. He also praised the role of this meeting in reinforcing the players’ moral and enthusiasm, while motivating them to give the very best they have to offer while attending the VIVA Real Madrid program.

It is worth noting that the top 10 players have been selected from over 400 participants who joined the Real Madrid try outs, which were held in March 2015. All the players who were selected have been travelled to Madrid, Spain to participate a fully funded week-long training camp to be educated and trained by the best VIVA Real Madrid Academy coaches.
