KWA elects new office bearers 2017-18

Kuwait Wayanad Association (KWA) General body elected new Office Bearers for the year 2017-2018 on 28 April on KWA public gathering in Chachoos Hall, Abbassiya, Kuwait. During the presidential address, KWA Pardon- Sri. Babuji  Bathery appreciated all the office bearers, central / zonal executives and members for their contribution to the growth of KWA.

General Secretary Sri. Mubarack Kambrath presented the annual working report and Treasurer Sri. Eby Paul presented the financial report. Thereafter members from various areas participated in the general discussions. KWA Padron Sri Babuji Bathery executed the general election as election commissioner. 

The elected new office bearers for the year 2017-2018 are:

Jaleel Varambatta (President)
Reji Chirayath (Secretary)
Jomon Jose Pulpally(Treasurer)
Joby Payyampally (Joint treasurer)
Ratheesh Pulpally (Joint Secretary)
Alex Manandavady (Vice President)
Sindhu Ajesh (Vice President)
Sheeja Saji (Vanithavedi Convener)
Shinoj Philip (Sport Convener)
Jomon Jolly (Arts Convener)
Blesson Chulliyode (Media Convener)
Ajesh Rajan, Aneesh P Antony, Jose Pappachan, Jabir, Ebin Baby and Jeevanandan were elected as zonal conveners. Smt Tomsy, Manjusha Sibi, Sheeba Roy were elected as vanitha zonal coordinators. 

Babuji Bathery, Ayyub Kechery will continue their honourable service as the Padron of KWA along with Sri. Remcy John (Ex-President), Sri. Mubarack Kambrath (Ex-Secretary), Sri Eby Paul (Ex-Working President) whom were newly nominated Advisory Committee from previous committee. Mr. Sharafuddin was appointed as auditor for the period of 2017-18.

Sri Mubarack Kambrath handed over the baton of order to Sri Reji Chirayath and previous committee along with presented members wished all the success to the newly elected committee and its forthcoming ventures.
