The two-day mega event Islamic Students Conference (ISCON) witnessed with great participation of general public and graced with the presence of eminent dignitaries of Kuwait nationals on Friday at Ihyauthuras Hall in Qortoba. Islam is peace and it disseminates the message of peace and tranquillity among the people. It never encouraged terrorism or extremism but harmonious life. Sheikh Dawood Al Asoosi, Assitant Awqaf Under Secretary said inaugurating the conference. Islam is misunderstood by the people.
It is your duty to spread the true message of Islam among the expatriate community in Kuwait. It is the only way to aware the great message of Islam. He added. The conference was conducted under the patronage of Ministry of Awqaf and in cooperation with Grand mosque .The motto of the conference was ‘Knowledge for peace’.
Sheikh Tareq Al Essa, chairman of Ihyauthuras Al Islami felicitated the conference. It is necessary to impart education for the development of growing children. Then only the children to be developed according to the essence of Quran and Prophet pbuh. He appreciated the activities of Islahi centre.
Awards have been distributed to the top winners of madrassa for the final year examinations.
On the occasion of the conference, public relation wing released a souvenir. Sheikh Tareq Al Eissa released giving a copy to Saad Al Shuwaib, Grand mosque supervisor. Sidheek Valiyakath, President FIMA and prominent organization leaders.
Sheikh Dawood Al Assosi released Wisdom book pack to Saad Al Shammari, Managing Director of Al Sumayya Education institution. Mr. Amjadmadani, Prof. Harisbn Saleem, Mujahid Balussery delivered lectures in various topics. An effective parenting has been presented by well-known trainer Prof JouharMunawar and ‘kalichangadam’ for children below 10 years has been conducted under KISM organizers.
