Mathrubhasha Samithi under the auspices of Kerala Art Lovers Association, KALA-Kuwait has scheduled to conduct 100 centers all over Kuwait, for Free Malayalam Education program during the vacation.
This year, Mathrubhasha samithi took initiative to train teachers to effectively communicate with children though different contemporary and innovative techniques. K. P Ramakrishnan, well known personality of the education field and active member of Kerala Sasthra Sahithya Parishad conducted different sessions benefiting the teachers last month.
The centers are scheduled under areas surrounding Abbassiya, Salmiya and Fahaheel areas. 55 Centers will function in Abbassiya, Farwaniya, Hassawi, Jleeb and Jahra. Fahaheel area is ready with 35 centers spread through Fahaheel down town, Suksabha, Mangaf, Abu Halifa, Mehabulla and Fintas Areas.16 different centers are planned in Salmiya, Rassalmiya, Hawally, Kuwait City, Sharq, Khaitan and Reggae.
Mathrubhasha Samithi Chairman John Mathew and Gen Convener Sam Pynummodu appealed the Keralite community in Kuwait to utilize this opportunity for the benefit of their children. They also urged the well-wishers to cooperate with this mission and yearlong Silver Jubilee Celebrations, sponsored by Al-mulla Exchange, by providing space for classrooms and to volunteer as teachers.
