Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa has recently been awarded the stringent food safety system HACCP. The achievement recognises the hotel’s compliance with the highest international industry standards in food safety, quality and nutrition.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a food safety management system that controls the safe production of food. The procedure comprises of various parts from the arrival of food in the kitchen to the time it is served to guests. Many departments worked together to ensure all requirements were completed successfully.
