Justice Salah Hussein, in charge of the Public Institution for Social Security (PISS) fraud case, has denied reports that Swiss judicial authorities have enforced reserve seizure on assets of the former general director of the PISS Fahad Al-Rajaan.

The judge, also the Head of the Fatwa and Legislation Department and chief of investigators tasked with investigations in the fraud case, told KUNA that the department is continuing legal procedures, in line with the Cabinet instructions, concerning irregularities and suspected manipulation of public funds in the institution by the ex-director, along with "other parties," pending referral to the judicial authorities.

The department is diligently following up on all detailed issues of the case. Orders had been issued to suspend accounts of Al-Rajaan and the other collaborators.
