The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), New Delhi with the support of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, New Delhi and in association with the Embassy of India, organized an ‘India Pavilion’ at ‘The Kuwait International Trade Fair’. The Ambassador of India to Kuwait H.E. Sunil Jain inaugurated the India Pavilion on 21 February. The fair, an International Trade Exhibition overseen by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Kuwait, is being held at the Kuwait International Fair Ground (Hall 6), Mishref from 21-27 February 2016.
The ‘India Pavilion’, supported by 11 leading companies from India, is presenting a variety of authentic Indian products and merchandise to eager customers. The range of products include handicrafts of marble, brass, wood as well as paintings and imitation jewelry. Aside from specialized furniture and home furnishings, visitors could indulge their interest in colorful Indian fashion with an assortment of vibrant Indian fashion including shawls, purses, decorative Indian clothing, stoles, embroidered tops and other garments.
The event is open to the public from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm on all days of the Fair except on Friday, 26 February, the timings will be from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
