Inauguration ceremony of Morning Glory Bangladesh International School

On 10 January, 2015 at the Bangladesh House, the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Kuwait H.E. Major General Mohammad Ashab Uddin, ndc,psc (Retd.) called on a meeting of community leaders and businessmen in Kuwait to set-up a long desired Bangladeshi school in Kuwait. On that meeting as a Chief Patron H.E. formed a 10 member Ad-hoc committee and selected a chairman and three vice chairman to run up these efforts. All committee members conveyed their gratitudes and appreciation for the Ambassador’s initiative of starting the school.

Ultimately the historical event came true on 22 May, 2015. The vision and the firm determination of  the Ambassador H.E. General Ashab made it possible to establish and build a Bangladeshi school; named 'Morning Glory Bangladesh International School' with active assistance and cooperation of few leading and patriotic businessmen headed by Mr. Mohd. Shahid Islam Papul.

The Ambassador Major General Mohammad Ashab Uddin, ndc, psc (Retd.) inaugurated 'Morning Glory Bangladesh International School' on 22 May 2015 (Friday) in the presence of hundreds of Bangladesh Community people including guardians and students. The Ambassador revealed his vision that ‘ ‘Morning Glory’ will perform as pre-school in 2015, turn into a primary school in 2016 and start expanding as a secondary school with Class VI onward from 2018 and will be a Secondary High School by 2021.

At the end, the Ambassador thanked the participants of the inauguration ceremony for providing their insightful comments; valuable inputs and feedback that would  help develop a long desired Bangladeshi School in Kuwait. The Ambassador gave a special thanks to the founder donors of the school.
