ICSK-Junior congratulates Nursery graduates

The Indian Community School Kuwait (ICSK) Junior held the Nursery Graduation Day on Wednesday, 15 March in the school premises. Around 235 proud children graduated to class I. The esteemed guest Dr. Subramaniam Neelamani, Senior Research Scientist with Coastal Management Program, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, graced the occasion. The ceremony was well attended by the parents and well wishers.

The program commenced with the recitation of the Verses from the Holy Quran followed by the Indian and Kuwait National Anthems. The auspicious lamp of knowledge was lit by the distinguished guest escorted by Principal Incharge, Sherly Dennis and Vice Principal, Sheeja C. 

Mrs. Dennis welcomed the gathering, and she addressed them about the importance of parenting and stressed on good parenting behaviour such as spending quality time, listening to kids with patience, respect towards kids and being a role model to their kids. 

The UKG choir enthralled the audience with a melodious song which was followed by a foot tapping dance by the LKG Students. Chief Guest Dr. S Neelamani spoke about the role of parents in helping children bloom and grow and congratulated the graduates in reaching a very memorable milestone of learning.

The graduates expressed their gratitude to the teachers for their support, guidance and encouragement extended throughout the year. Vice Principal, Mrs. Sheeja rendered the vote of thanks.  She appreciated and thanked the entire team for their hard work, dedication and commitment towards making the event a memorable one!!!
