ICAI Kuwait holds 'Indian Economy' seminar

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Kuwait Chapter organized another well attended seminar titled ‘Indian Economy a 360 Degree Perspective”. The keynote speaker for the evening was CA S.P Tulsian, a well renowned stock market expert who flew in all the way from India to address the gathering.

Mr. Tulsian also belongs to the CA fraternity, and has over 35 years of experience in the field of investments and wealth management and is well sought after commentator on various business channels in India. 

The event saw a large number of Chartered Accountants in attendance given the profile of the speaker. The Chairman of Kuwait chapter CA Noel Cherian welcomed the august gathering.  CA Deepak Bindal, the Treasurer of the Chapter formally introduced the speaker. The audience was engaged in the Q&A session. The event was also graced by CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal, the past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He gave a briefing on the current developments in the profession. The Secretary of the CA Kaizar Shakir proposed the vote of thanks.  A raffle draw was also held during the event. The event sponsors were Ahli Bank of Kuwait, Aman Exchange along with the annual sponsors National Bank of Kuwait, Al Mulla Exchange and Focus Net.
