“Indian food is so popular in Kuwait, we thought it would be an ideal way to showcase some authentic, tasty and delicious food for our guests,” Chef Thomas elaborated on the basic idea behind the Indian night. “We have some of the more experienced chefs from India who take care of minute details and ensure the authenticity and taste of the culinary delights that India is so famous”
The menu features several Indian dishes from the famous Goan fish curry to Mutton Rogan Josh from tandoori delights to authentic biryanis, all cooked to perfection. Home made pickles add color to the tantalizing treat while traditional Keralite appams are served hot with curry.
