Good food, great vibes: Indian nights at the Movenpick

Going beyond the theme night, it is great food, excellent service and beautiful ambience at the Movenpick Al Bida’a Kuwait that makes dining a most memorable experience.

For the connoisseurs of Indian food, Movenpick has introduced the Indian theme night every Wednesday that brings the best dishes from the country. .Executive Chef Emmauel Thomas spoke with The Times about the restaurant and the ideas behind the ongoing theme nights currently making big news at the hotel.

“Indian food is so popular in Kuwait, we thought it would be an ideal way to showcase some authentic, tasty and delicious food for our guests,” Chef Thomas elaborated on the basic idea behind the Indian night. “We have some of the more experienced chefs from India who take care of minute details and ensure the authenticity and taste of the culinary delights that India is so famous”

The menu features several Indian dishes from the famous Goan fish curry to Mutton Rogan Josh from tandoori delights  to authentic biryanis, all cooked to perfection. Home made pickles add color to the tantalizing treat while traditional Keralite appams are served hot with curry.

Elegant and sophisticated, the ambience nevertheless is simple and with Movenpick having a fabulous outdoor beach setting which makes the whole dining experience an unforgettable experience

The Indian night is every Wednesday, while the Italian night is on Monday and also an Egyptian night adds to the theme nights of the Movenpick Al Bida. .
