Filipino Engineers hold feeding program in Faiha shelter

Officers and members of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Kuwait Chapter held a feeding program at the Faiha Philippine shelter Friday afternoon after a brief program participated by both the wards and the officers of the organization. Gifts were also handed over to the wards followed by a dinner.

The event kicked-off with the singing of the Philippine National anthem headed by Josephine Capule, followed by prayers led by Alongan Disomimba and Froilan Esmero. President of PICE Brian Bachinilla delivered brief welcome remarks, which was immediately followed by the Philippines Labor Attaché Atty. Cesar Chavez. Three inspirational messages delivered by Yusoph Capal, GMA News Correspondent Ricky Laxa and ABS CBN News Correspondent Michelle Fe Santiago. Surprise numbers, games and other activities also followed. United Radio Band provided the entertainment with a full acoustic band performance with Clare Constantino leading the vocals.

Officers of PICE are; Brian Bachanilla-President, Roberto Valenzuela and Alongan Disomimba-Vice Presidents, Jekey Sedeno-Secretary, Heherson Marangun-Treasurer, Ediamr Rosales-Auditor, Hubert Zaldivar-Business Manager, Jose Froilna Esmero-Public Relations Manager, Leoncio Mgallanes-Sgt At Arms. Chairpersons of the committees are; Edward Recina, Yusoph Capal, Rey Limbago, Joselito Torreda, Leopoldo Robles and Jun Clamor. Hosts of the program were; Janice Solis, Rey Franco and Roberto Valenzuela.

Philippines Labor Attaché Atty. Cesar Chavez thanked the members and officers of PICE for a very successful feeding program and gift giving to all the wards in the shelter. Similarly, the PICE President Bachanilla thanked everyone for the hard work and dedication to make the event successful.
