A traditional dish of the capital Tirana and the central region of Albania.
Preparation (Serves 2)
Fry 4 de-seeded peppers cut lengthwise in a pan with butter. Add 2 peeled and cut, medium-sized tomatoes, fry until peppers are golden. Add a tsp chili sauce, 3 tbsp curd/ cheese and an egg while stirring. Garnish with fried peppers or grated cheese.
