Embassy of Japan organizes origami workshop

The Embassy of Japan in the state of Kuwait recently organized an origami workshop at the New English School.

His Excellency the Ambassador, Mr. Takashi Ashiki delivered his speech and thanked the school and the students for participating.

Head of the junior school, Mark Medely, students, school staff and Japanese guests participated in the workshop, which hosted the origami teacher Sumaya Al-Anezi, who presented the art of origami to participants.

Everyone enjoyed making shapes along with Mrs. Sumaya. They started with Robin star, followed by frog shape , and NINJA shiriken. Photographs with students, principal and embassy staff were taken at the end of the workshop.
