Cuisine: Turkish

Turkish cuisine restaurant Emirgan Sutis serves a variety dishes such as, soups, salads and grilled meat. Emirgan Sutis gets the 60 percent water-buffalo’s milk, 30 percent cow’s milk and 10 percent goat’s milk it uses in its milk puddings daily from dairy farms.

All of their tasteful jams with the fruit itself in it, is produced without using any additive, preservative or thickener, is supplied by an Adapazarı based firm; the first branded organic home-made jam producer in Turkey. Artvin and Susurluk regions breeded calves' meat at Emirgan Sutis is left to rest for five weeks after their arrival, during which its taste increases. When roasting döner they use charcoal. Tea here, which is specially picked at the first harvest of the year in Rize, is served after being rested in its warehouse for one year.

Their own-baked-breads use sourdough without any additives, mixes for which are prepared using traditional methods by their bread master using ovens operating at all hours – day and night –  breads to guests are served hot and fresh.
