The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (DAESH) has executed Abu Omar Al-Kuwaiti (Hussein Redha Lari) after accusing him of extremism, reports Al- Rai daily quoting sources close to the Islamists who are fighting in Syria.
The sources said Abu Omar, a Kuwaiti preacher, was promoting extremism among other Islamic groups, and the Al-Nusra front in particular. The spokesman for the DAESH said he continued issuing fatwas calling for fighting the Islamic State, and this had a negative impact on the efforts towards reconciliation which has been realized in more than one liberated area in Syria. It was reported earlier that Abu Omar was put in solitary confinement in Al- Raqqa, in Syria, and that his family returned to Kuwait while his son remained in Syria.
Meanwhile, the organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (DAESH) has announced the martyrdom of Abu Eid Al- Kuwaiti (Al-Otaibi) following a suicide attack in booby-trapped car in Samarra in Iraq, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. The daily did not give more details.
