Cecily Beer performance
April 1, 2015, 11:19 am

Dar al Athar al Islamiyyah has invited Cecily Beer to perform on 5 April at 7pm at the Amricani Cultural Centre.  Cecily studied harp at Trinity College of Music and Royal Holloway, University of London where she graduated with a First in harp performance.  She has performed all over the UK, across Europe and the USA. She is in strong demand as a recitalist and orchestral harpist.

Cecily was chosen as one of the harpists who played for Prince Charles’ 60th Birthday Concert at Covent Garden Royal Opera House in collaboration with the Royal Harpist, Claire Jones, and The Philharmonia Orchestra.

She has performed in many venues including National Trust houses and hotels. No venue has logistically defeated her and her harp, which has led her to performing in some amusing spaces in which she has taken great pleasure.
