With décor inspired by modern grandeur, the restaurant’s fashionable lights and walls adorned with funky typography are bound to impress. But this will not distract you from the place’s main attraction, the culinary opera of pizza. Prepared in true Neapolitan style, in a wood-fired oven, the dough is light, airy, slightly crisped on the outside and a touch soft in the middle. What Boccini has managed to create with that impeccable dough, however, is an admirable feat. You can opt to go traditional and order your Margherita pizza how you regularly prefer it, or you can try something different such as the staggering five cheese pizza.
