At least 14 students were injured when the school bus they were boarding turned over on Jahra highway early on Wednesday, a Health Ministry official said.
The injured were whisked to Jahra Hospital for treatment, said Assistant undersecretary for medical services affairs at the Ministry of Health Jamal Al Harbi in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
Shortly after the accident happened on Jahra road, nine ambulances rushed to the scene and 14 students, with medium and serious injuries, were hastily transferred to Jahra Hospital.
