Ambassador holds reception for Poland’s National Day

The Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Kuwait, H.E. Grzegorz Olszak held a reception on Sunday, 3 May at the Abdul Hussain Marafie Grand Ballroom of the Radisson Blu Hotel, to celebrate the National Day of the Republic of Poland during which the country’s Constitution was adopted on May 3rd, 1791. The Polish Ambassador Grzegorz Olszak and embassy staff welcomed Sheikh Ali AI-Jaber AI-Ahmad AI-Sabah to the festivities.

Director of Foreign Ministry's follow-up and coordination department Ambassador Nasser AI-Subaih, who cut the ceremony's cake with the Polish Ambassador, lauded the friendship between Kuwait and Poland that kept growing since the establishment of the diplomatic ties in 1965 based on mutual respect and identical views.

The ceremony was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, distinguished guests and members of the media. As part of the festivities, a tourist booth emphasized the many attractions of Poland.
