Amazon 'Prime Day' to have super deals
July 12, 2015, 3:38 pm

As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations on 15 July, Amazon says it will launch a global shopping event with stupendous deals for everyone. Amazon is also offering free 30-day Prime memberships for non-members who want to take advantage of the one-day deal. Amazon Prime normally costs $99 per year and includes free shipping. The company has been expanding its Prime service and recently started same-day shipping for members.

The event will be taking place in the UK as well as the US and Canada, with deals supposedly coming to every department of the store for 24 hours. No specifics are available yet. If your home, garden or media center is looking a little bare or you are seeking the latest snazzy mobile and you want to join in with creating a new commercial holiday in the middle of summer, head to Amazon as of midnight on 15 July.
