Al Manshar Rotana recognises its housekeepers in recognition of International Housekeeping Week

Housekeepers at Al Manshar Rotana Kuwait were all gathered together and surprised by all the departments of the hotel, initiated by its General Manager Imad Zaboura.

During the International Housekeeping Week from 13 – 17 September, 2015, dedicated departments arranged several activities to show their appreciation for all the diligence and contributions of the housekeepers to make the hotel tidy and presentable for the guests. Housekeepers were able to show off their ability and flexibility in different types of fun competitions that included pillow casing, mummification, hide and seek and more. They also boasted that they were not only good in keeping the hotel clean, but also knowledgeable about the hotel information, promotions and important facts and figures.

“Housekeepers are the pillars of the hotel and their tremendous contribution to any hospitality industry has to be recognized, ” Imad Zaboura said.

He added, “We really take time to plan the Housekeeping Week, every department carefully arranged their presentation and made sure that it was not only going to be fun but also memorable and something that will highlight their talent as well as the things that they can do.”

On behalf of the Housekeeping department, Executive Housekeeper Mohamed Farook appreciated all the Rotana colleagues from different departments for their efforts, sincerity and for conducting the International Housekeeping Week activities which concluded efficaciously. He also conveyed how pleased all housekeepers were and thankful for the appreciation shown for their efforts. In the end, Mr. Farook encouraged his housekeeping team to continue their good work and dedication to their duties.
