Ahmadi securitymen arrested 135 individuals, seized eight vehicles and issued 25 traffic citations during a security campaign launched in Sabah Al-Ahmad City. According to security sources, Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safa formed a team for launching an extensive security campaign in Sabah Al-Ahmad City.
They closed all exit roads from the area before kick starting the campaign. They arrested 13 expatriates for violating the residency law, two individuals wanted by law for their involvement in civil cases, six individuals reported as absconding and 114 individuals wanted by law for enforcement of judicial verdicts.
The arrested individuals were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action. Sources affirmed that Ahmadi Security Directorate will continue to hold such campaigns based on directives from Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs Major General Ibrahim Al- Tarrah.
