No fees for Kuwaitis, GCC Citizens when visiting hospitals and clinics

Ministry of Health has exempted Kuwait nationals from paying fees when visiting hospitals, clinics and private medical centers for treatment, reports a local daily quoting reliable sources.

They affirmed the ministry’s keenness to provide excellent services to Kuwaiti citizens and GCC nationals and facilitate them in receiving treatments in hospitals and medical centers.

Meanwhile, Undersecretary of Ministry of Health Dr Khalid Al-Sahlawi announced that employees in leading positions in the ministry will be reshuffled in the coming phase, adding that the ministry has been coordinating with Ministry of Education to study and approve the proposal for providing admissions to children of expatriate doctors in governmental schools.
