Restaurant BIRYANI & KEBABI is the newest addition to Al Sabah & Kohli food and beverage brands. The new outlet was inaugurated on 22 March in Arabia Mall within Egaila. The ribbon cutting was done by honorable ambassador of India to Kuwait His Excellency Sunil Jain, The Ambassador of Malta, His Excellency Mr. Patrick Cole and Sheikh Mubarak Al Fahad Al Salem Al Sabah in the presence of special invitees and top management including Ravi Kohli. Well-known personalities, staff and guests attended the ceremony.

Al Sabah & Kohli has been in the Food and beverage industry since 1992 with their first brand Dawat, which has opened four branches around Kuwait over the years. In 2006 they created their second brand Taal which has two branches. In 2016 they opened their third home brand Biryani & Kebabi.

While the word Biryani & Kebabi is Farsi in origin, it has over time been adopted by different regions in India and the Middle East as their own.

Biryani & Kebabi is based on the ancient spice trade. They have included dishes from India, Persia, and the Middle East. Every region gives its own flavor and style, using very similar ingredients. The concept breaks borders and gives you a little taste of history. From the sweet aromas of the Kuwaiti Machboose, to the spicy Biryani of the fabled Malabar Coast, the universally loved Persian Kebabs to Tandoori Kebabs. The variety of spices and the tastes derived there are the essence of the cuisine offered at Biryani & Kebabi.

When you are in the mood for good times and great succulent cuisine, be sure to check them out!  The restaurant is located in Arabia Mall within Egaila (next to Gate Mall), one of Kuwait's most pleasant setting areas and it is known for its delightful staff and superb selective cuisine with a twist.  For more information: Call, 22252490.
